Lynne Ruth (Skemp) Hoff, 83, a resident of Superior, WI and longtime resident of Duluth, died on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at the Charter House in Rochester, MN.

Lynne was born March 6, 1942, in Superior to Roger and Hildur (Dahl) Skemp.

She graduated from UWS with a degree in biology and chemistry and was active with the sorority.  Lynne was a member of the Philanthropic Educational Organization for women, a longtime member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church, and the Elks Club in Superior. She enjoyed golfing and following her grandson's activities.

Lynne was employed for 40 years as a medical technologist at Essentia/Superior Memorial Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Harold "Bud" Hoff and her companion, Dan Conway.

Lynne is survived by her daughter, Allison (Paul) Robelia; her son, Michael (Betsy Dahlgren-Hoff) Hoff; her grandsons, Bennett Robelia, Jackson Robelia, and Connor Hoff; her brother, Roger (Bev) Skemp; her sisters in-law, Sue Skemp and Kathy (Bob) Boone; her brother in-law, Tom (Gerry Stephens) Hoff; her nieces, Shannon Mackey, Erin Jones, and Molly Critz; and her nephew, Steven Skemp.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the 11:00 funeral service Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, 1924 Wyoming Ave, Superior, WI, with Pastor Sean Koos officiating.  Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery following the service.
