Marie F. Hart, 100, of Duluth, died Sunday March 31, 2024, at Edgewood Vista Assisted Living in Hermantown.

Marie was born in Antwerp, Belgium on July 6, 1923, the daughter of A.E. and Adele (Verbeelen) Francart.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, of 56 years, Robert Hart; and a sister, Irma Francart.

Marie is survived by her son, Robert (Linda) Hart of Esko; daughter, Kathleen (Pat) Hart-Cleary of Duluth; grandchildren, Rayann Hart of Gary New Duluth, and Erin (Andy Montgomery) Hart of St. Paul; great-granddaughter, Eleanor Montgomery; and three sisters, Simone Francart, Johanna Francart and Julienne 'Jenny' Francart all of Belgium.

A private family entombment will be held at Sunrise Cemetery.
