Obituary

Marjorie E. Clark, 70, of 8007 Lindelof Rd., Superior, Wis. died Tuesday, January 25, 2011 in St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, Minn.

She was born June 21, 1940 in Superior to Henry and Gertrude (Blaisdell) Stalvig, and was a lifelong area resident.

Marjorie was a school bus driver for the school district of Superior for over thirty-four years. She was a member of Country Peace Presbyterian Church, the A.O.O.C. Outdoor Club, and the Tri Lakes Civic Club. She also enjoyed hunting, quilting, playing cards and company.

She is survived by her husband, Jack; her sons, Gregory (Rocky) Clark of Summit, Wis., Scott (Tammy) Clark of Panama City, Fla., and David (Kimberly) Clark of Highland, Ill.; daughters, Julie (Michael) Clark of Monticello Minn., Brenda (Alan) Dolsen of Superior, Jacquelyn (Michael) Mikrot of South Range, Wis. and Sandra (Randy) Udeen of Summit; sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren; her mother, Gertrude During of Superior; sisters, Ruie Ann (Ludwig) Carlson of Superior, Cathy Kimmes of Superior and Barbara (Daniel) Aunet of Danbury, Wis.; a brother, Roger (Suszy) Stalvig of Superior; and her beloved dog, Mitzy Sue. And several aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her son, Mark; her father, Henry Stalvig; and a niece, LuAnn.

A memorial service will be held on Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the Downs Funeral Home Chapel, corner of 19th St. &Ogden Ave., with Rev. Richard Blood, pastor of Country Peace Presbyterian Church officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Inurnment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
