Mark B. Willis, 72, of Hawthorne, died Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at his residence.

Mark was born in Superior Nov. 8, 1949, the son of Cortland and Winnifred (Crandall) Willis. He served his country with the US Navy.

Mark enjoyed hiking, watching the birds, and loved animals. He was very artistic, and music was his passion.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Greg Willis.

Mark is survived by his nieces and nephew, Joy (Chris Eccles) Oswskey, Thad (Tara) Willis, and Stacey (Randy Androsky) Love all of Superior; many great nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a son he recently connected with, Scott Warner of Florida.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 16 ^th from 10:00 until the 11:00 a.m. funeral service at Whispering Pines Evangelical Free Church, 7523 S County Road E, Hawthorne, WI 54842. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery at a later date.
