Marlene G. Rivord's Obituary
Marlene G. Rivord, of Superior died Tues., August 5, 2014 in Essentia-St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth.
Marlene was born June 2, 1934 in Superior to George and Esther (Olson) Cole.
She is survived by her husband, Albert; four sons, Michael (Susie) of Oakland, Larry (Sandy) of South Range, and Gary (Renee) and David (Vivian) both of Albuquerque, NM. She was also blessed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters, Bonnie Rae O'Leary of Stanford, CT, Carol Lambert of Colorado Springs, CO, and Patricia Flowers of Superior.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and five sisters.
A memorial service will be held on Sat., August 9th at 1:00p.m. in Darrow Road Wesleyan Church with Rev. Mark Holmes officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service.
Inurnment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Donations to the American Cancer Society Relay For Life in honor of Marlene would be appreciated.
