Marlene F. Sauter's Obituary
Marlene F. Sauter 78, of Superior died Tuesday May 17, 2011 in St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth.
She was born November 16, 1932 in Superior to Grace (Mc Dougall) and William Jensen.
Marlene had been employed as a waitress at the former Cronstroms and Dominic's for many years. In the her earlier years she loved to travel and camp with her husband Jim. She had also lived in Florida for several years.
She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church and the Ladies of the Elks.
Marlene is survived by a daughter, Laurie (Paul) Tousignant; two sons, Kenneth White and James White all of Superior; six grandchildren, Kyle (Jennifer) White, Brooke White, Robbie Berkhof, Hollie, Amber and Cody Fielder; two great-grandchildren; and her twin sister Marilyn Wallgren of Superior.
Marlene was preceded in death by her parents and her husband James Sauter.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday May 21 at 11:00 a.m in the Downs Funeral Home with Rev. Fr. James Tobolski officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will in Calvary Cemetery.
