Maxine M. Hudacek, 86, of Superior died Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Divine Rehab and Nursing in Superior, formally known as Superior Rehab.

Maxine was born on Sept. 12, 1937, the daughter of Otto and Irene (Tollefson) Skomrock. She married Anthony Hudacek on Mar. 26, 1960, and they celebrated 42 years of marriage until his passing in 2002.

Maxine was employed at Trundle Bundle in Duluth Mn before she became a Mother/Homemaker.  The family resided north of Pattison Park on a hobby farm. Her favorite time of year was Autumn, when football started. She enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, her favorite team.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tony; son, Andrew Hudacek; and sister, Marlene Tipton.

Maxine is survived by her three sons, John, David, and Paul Hudacek; grandchildren, Jeff, Jennifer, Andrew, Nick and Branden.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 15th at 11:00 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Superior with Fr. Andrew Ricci as officiant.
