Mervin L. Reamer, 77 of Hawthorne, died Friday, June 23, 2023, at Essentia-St. Mary's Hospital in Superior.

He was born on June 14, 1946, the son of Ruth (Kelly) and Claude Reamer, Sr.

Mervin loved to go fishing and enjoyed working on cars and going to car shows. He was a social butterfly and was very generous with his time and loved to help people.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Claude, Jr., Robert 'Bobbie', James, John and Bert; sisters, Alice, Betty 'Mickey', Clarabelle 'Judy', and Kathryn.

Mervin is survived by his sisters, Shirley Hawk of Bakersfield, CA and Hattie Nichols of Orlando; niece, Dusty (Herb) Westphal-Stumph and their children, Nicholas and Gavin of Escanaba, MI; niece, Sarina Sepulveda and her family of Milwaukee; friends and caregivers, Mike and Starrie Kane of Hawthorne, Kevin Stark of Hawthorne and Rob Hoven and his family of Hawthorne; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A Celebration of Mervin's life will be held on Saturday, July 29th from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00p.m. at Mike and Starrie's home, 7450 E Brannan Rd. Hawthorne, WI 54874.
