SUPERIOR
Mildred M. "Milly" Berge, 83, of Foxboro, died Thursday, October 15, 2009 at St. Luke's Hospice, Duluth.
She was born July 29, 1926 in Superior, Wis., daughter of Minnie (Hinze) and Frank Timmer.
Millie was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church and Foxboro Homemakers Club.
She enjoyed baking, cooking and various community activities. However, her greatest enjoyment came from time spent with family.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Kenneth R. Berge in 1986; sons, Richard and Peter Berge; and brothers, Clarence and Richard Timmer.
Survivors include her sons, Bill (Karen Landowski) Berge, Ham Lake, Minn., and Kevin (Joleen) Berge, Foxboro; daughters-in-law, Judy (Orval) Dalberg, Foxboro, and Betsy (Vern) Lane, White Lake, Wis.; grandchildren, Eric (Lindsay) Berge, Billings, Mont., David (Sally Olson) Berge, Eden Prairie, Minn., Kris Berge, Wausau, Wis., Kenny Berge, Antigo, Wis., Darla (Gordy) Angell, Barnum, Minn., Diane (Dan) Block, Rogers, Minn., Tonya (Rob Reeve) Berge, Foxboro, and Sherry (Kiley) Aswell, Clermont, Florida; great-grandchildren, Kaylie, Adam and Ryan Block, Saffron and Hayden Berge, Tyler Berge, Olivia and Issac Angell, Luca Wicklund, and Hunter and Brodi Jo Reeve; sister-in-law, Olive Rehnstrand, Superior; and several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. service, Friday, October 23, 2009 at Concordia Lutheran Church, Superior. Reverend Charles Plaster and Reverend Scott Ludford will co-officiate.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Superior.
Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N. 19th Street, Superior, is assisting the family with arrangements.
