Nancy Elizabeth Rydberg, 64, of Shell Lake, WI, died on Saturday, September 12, 2026, in the Spooner Health Care Center.

Nancy was born March 28, 1962, to Gloria (Johnson) and Gayle DeBruyne in Superior, WI. She married Bryan Rydberg on September 18, 2021, in Shell Lake, WI.

Nancy was employed as a housing specialist with the Superior Housing Authority for many years.

She is survived by her husband, Bryan; her sisters, Cheryl (Michael Fetter) Kelly, and Susan (Jim Warn) DeBruyne; her brothers, Phillip (Val) DeBruyne and Paul DeBruyne; her niece, Erin McConnell Benton and her great nephew, Felix Benton.

Nancy will be placed to rest in the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, WI.
