Nancy L. Wick, 78 of Solon Springs, died Monday, December 12, 2022, at her residence.

Nancy was born in Ashtabula, Ohio on Dec. 26, 1943. She married Robert Wick on March 2, 1973, and they celebrated 54 years of marriage until his death in 2017.

She had worked as a bookkeeper for the Challenge Center in Superior. She enjoyed puzzle books, watching Jeopardy and Judge Judy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; and sisters, Mary Atkins and Shirley Moore.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Ed Cismoski) Wick of Superior; son, Michael (Sandy) Wick of Tomahawk, WI; grandchildren, Josh and Jacqueline Wick; sisters, Helen Fairchild, Billie Williamson, and Esther Post; and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 20 ^th from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. with a time of remembrance at 5:45 at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N 19 ^th St.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local Toys for Tots.
