Nancy J. Zembo, 81, of Foxboro, died Sunday June 21, 2020 at her residence.

Nancy was born in Superior on January 23, 1939 the daughter of Gladys (Scheldroup) and Stanley Winek.

She graduated from Superior Central High School with the class of 1957. Nancy married James 'Jim' Zembo on Sept. 20, 1958 in Concordia Lutheran Church. She had served as the Town Clerk for Summit Township for many years.

Nancy loved wildlife and enjoyed her solitude with nature that surrounded her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Jim.

Nancy is survived by her children, Carrie (JD) Kent of Des Moines, IA, Cindy (David) Jorgenson of Proctor, MN, and Scott (Sylvia) Zembo of Zumbrota, MN; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Dahlen of Duluth; brothers, Robert Winek of Superior and Richard 'Dicky' Winek of Superior; and many nieces and nephews.

Following Nancy's wishes, no services will be held.
