Patricia J. Blomfelt, 83 a longtime resident of Iron River, WI, died on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, MN.

Patricia was born July 5, 1941, to Virginia (Rich) and Ernest Pepel. Sr. in Duluth, MN.

She was employed at Bayfield Electric for many years as a secretary and worked the front desk.

Patricia always kept busy, she was involved with a singing group that performed locally, many days you could find her at the VFW visiting or volunteering.  She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Iron River and a member of the Red Hat Society. Patricia volunteered at the Iron River Elementary School, where the kids would read to her, she also volunteered her time at the Fig Leaf and several other community clubs and activities.  She will be remembered for her love she shared with everyone she met and loved her family to the moon and back.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Beverly Pepel.

She is survived by her life partner, Larry Shceufeli; her children Randy Blomfelt and Gina (Sammy) Shields all of Florida; her grandchildren Anthony Blomfelt, Robert Holmes, and Walter Holmes; her great granddaughter, Malia Blomfelt; her brothers, Ernest Pepel, Jr., and Thomas Pepel; her sister, Joanne Knudsen and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
