If it's the details of a man's life that distinguishes him, even though Paul's was cut short, the details of his life could fill a thousand novels. He was a legend in his time and he leaves a legacy the likes of which have never been seen, nor will it again.
Paul was a truly unique individual; he was a flame and we were all moths gravitating toward his larger than life personality and kindness. He was nothing but heart, never hesitating to tell you the absolute truths, even when they were harsh. He was the first one to come to your rescue, whether it was for a flat tire or to bail you out of a Tijuana jail. No questions ever asked, but maybe some playful guff would be given, he would always be there for you no matter what.
Anyone who ever had the pleasure of knowing the man was a better person for it. He changed lives, moved mountains and profoundly affected more people in his thirty years than most people do in their entire lives. Let us remember him in his natural state, dressed to the nines, a big grin on his face and Sinatra crooning in the background. The world seems a little darker now, but that's only because he has always shown so brightly while he was here.
