Paula Marie (Wysocki) Hughes of Superior, WI passed away on March 8, 2024, at her winter home in Alamo, TX. She was born on January 25, 1955.

Paula is survived by her loving husband, partner and best friend of 49 years, Charles Hughes; two daughters: Sherri and Jennifer; three grandsons: Corey (Brittany), Kyle and Trent Spindler; two great-granddaughters: Brylee and Maisyn; two sisters: Cindy (Harold) Buchter of Taylorsville, KY and Anna (Blair) Mahan of Lake Nebagamon, WI; and brother-in-law Tony Machaj of Channahon, IL.

She was a very special "Auntie Paula" to many nieces and nephews.

Paula was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Schmidt; her fathers: Edward Wysocki and Edward Schmidt; and siblings: Cathy Machaj and Michael Schmidt.

Paula was a person of many talents and will be remembered as being a very kind, loving and selfless person. Always putting the needs and wants of others first. She will be dearly missed by many, as she affected so many people's lives in so many special ways.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 7th from 10:00 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Williams Catholic Church, 3095 E County Rd B, Foxboro, WI. Interment will be in St. Williams Cemetery.

If desired memorials may be made in Paula's name to St. Williams Church.
