Philip Wayne Maki's Obituary
Philip W. Maki, 69, of Superior, died Thursday, April 07, 2016, at his residence.
He was born August 11, 1946, in Superior, son of Wayne and Martha (Jarvi) Maki.
Philip was a graduate of Superior Central High School.
His work history included U.S. Steel in Morgan Park, where he worked as a steelworker.
Philip proudly served his country with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Martha Maki; and sister, Rachel Maki in 2009.
Philip is survived by his brother, Marcus Maki, Superior.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at the Apostolic Lutheran Cemetery, Maple.
