Rae I. Cronin, 79, of Superior, died Thursday, December 21, 2017, at Superior Rehab and Nursing Center.

Rae was born in Superior on July 22, 1938, the daughter of Raymond and Isabelle Shaul

She was an Elder of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and she enjoyed taking the Elder trips. She was an avid Packer fan and snowman collector. She also enjoyed arguing with the TV news.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joseph Shaul; sisters, Adeline Rinnet, Sis Mertz, and Yvonne 'Bonnie' Longsyo; and son-in-law, Theodore 'Dave' Carlson.

Rae is survived by her daughters, Maureen Cronin of Superior, Mary Cronin of Superior and Lynn Carlson of Proctor; son, Dennis Cronin of Gordon, WI; grandchildren, Liberty, Kitzie, Megan and Glenda; great-grandchildren, Alaina, Demetrius, Claire, Gracie, Ryan, Madison, Keyarra, and Marquez; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28 ^th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N 19 ^th Street.
