Randi K. Bailey, 68 of Duluth, MN passed away in her home on Saturday, July 19, 2025 with her husband by her side.

Randi was born March 31, 1957 in Superior, WI to Shirley (Levens) and Robert McConnell.

She was employed as an administrative assistant at Holy Rosary School for many years in Duluth.  Randi was a proud member of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa.

She loved to travel and had a special place in her heart for Arizona.  Randi was a volunteered at the Lowell Observatory library in Flagstaff, AZ, while she was in Arizona.  Some of her hobbies included sewing and working in flower gardens.  Randi will be remembered as a lover of people; she had a lot of love to give.

A poem that sums up the person she was goes like this.

"The heart of an angel,

A soul that reaches far.

A warm and giving spirit,

The brilliance of a star!"

Randi was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Terri Bernard.

She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Bailey; her daughter, Rebecca Clairmont; her grandson, Thomas Clairmont; her brothers, Mark (Mary) McConnell and Jason McConnell and her nieces, Erin and Ashley McConnell.
