Raymond M. Kakko's Obituary
Raymond M. Kakko, 63, of Superior, died Tuesday October 23, 2012 in Superior.
He was born January 23, 1949 in Superior to Jennie (Granlund) and Matt Kakko.
He was a Navy veteran having served in Vietnam.
Raymond loved to hunt and fish and loved the country. He also enjoyed 50's music.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Rubin.
He is survived by his sisters, Sandra Drinkwine of Superior, his twin sister, Shirley (Carl) Andrews of Solon Springs, and Irene (Randy) Triske of Grand Forks N.D.; two brothers, Wayne of Superior and Randy (Kim) of Minneapolis, MN.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, Nov. 2 at 1:00 p.m. in Bayside Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Pavola officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Veterans Memorial Park in Greenwood Cemetery.
Military honors will be accorded by Richard I. Bong American Legion Post #435.
