Renee E. Helchen-Olin, 54, of Superior, died Sunday May 24, 2015 at Essentia Health-Miller Dwan Hospital.

Renee was born and raised in Menomonee Falls, WI the daughter of Philip and Janice Helchen. She attended Cosmetology School and most recently had been living at Royalton Manor in Superior.
She enjoyed cosmetology and socializing. She also enjoyed spending time at the family cottage in Door County. She loved cats, especially her cat KeeKee.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Janice and son Dustin Olin.

Renee is survived by her son, Joshua (Jackie) Olin of Superior; her father, Philip; brothers and sisters, Philip 'Chip' Helchen, Jr., Jeanine Badke, and Jerry Helchen.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Downs Funeral Home, corner of 19th St. and Ogden Ave., is assisting the family with arrangements.
