Robert H. 'Bob' Bergstrom, 84, of Superior, died Monday, September 19, 2022, at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.

Robert was born in Superior on May 29, 1938, the son of John and Jeanette (Peterson) Bergstrom.

He had worked for over 30 years at Northwood Technical College (WITC) retiring as the Director of Technical and Industrial Departments.

Bob loved sailing, spending many summers on their boat in Bayfield, and winters in Brackettville, TX. He enjoyed golfing and fixing and tinkering with things.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Betty Kending.

Bob is survived by his wife of 62 years, Patricia; children, Chris Bergstrom of Superior, Todd (Laura) Bergstrom of Sherrill, IA, and Marta Bergstrom of Orlando, FL; grandchildren, Haley Bergstrom and Saige and Gabriel Finley; brother-in-law, James (Carol) Shansey of Kenosha, WI; and his nieces.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 23 ^rd from 11:00 until the Noon Celebration of Life at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N 19 ^th St., with Gary Banker as officiant.
