Robert "Bob" L. Hanson, 81, of Lake Nebagamon, died Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Middle River Health and Rehabilitation Center, South Range, WI, surrounded by his family.

He was born February 5, 1938 in Superior, son of Ernest and Marie (Lamirande) Hanson.

Bob retired as a purchasing manager for Jeno's, where he worked for over 30 years.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Lake Nebagamon.

Bob loved his grandchildren and watching his granddaughter play basketball and grandson play football, were very important to him. His other interests included animals, especially his dogs, fishing, and hiking.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and first wife, Beverly.

Survivors include his wife, Sandy; daughter, Teresa (Kraig) Lee, Neenah, WI; grandchildren, Megan and Nathan; step-children, Shelley Maxwell, Los Angeles, CA, and Gary (Danielle) Methvin, Kemah, TX; step-grandchildren, Caleb and Ghunnar; 3 nieces and a nephew.

Visitation will be from 10 until the 11 a.m. service, Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Lake Nebagamon, with pastor Darrell Kyle officiating.

Pallbearers will be Raymond Carlson, Steven Euting, Nathan Lee, Kraig Lee Sr., Caleb Methvin, Gary Methvin and Eric Sorenson.

Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Superior, after the funeral luncheon at the church.
