Robert J Moore, 88, lifelong area resident died Friday, October 14, 2022, from natural causes.

He was born April 26, 1934, and worked as an equipment operator, truck driver and as a rewind operator at the Lighthouse for the Blind.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, John E. D. and Marie E. (Ahro) Moore, and a son Allen Moore.

He is survived by his children, Mary Rich, Poplar, WI, Dean Moore, Lebanon, OR, Robin (Jeff) Means, Oklahoma City, OK, Jeff (Teresa) Moore, Poplar WI, Edward (Jodi) Moore, Prineton, MN, David (Jeana) Moore, Duluth, MN, Angela (Cory) O'keefe, Hudson, WI, Robert (Bethany) Moore, Wentworth, WI, Karen (Justin) Johnson, South Range, WI, Scott Haberling, Superior, Wi, step children, Perry Williams, Duluth, MN, Linda (Craig) Hollinday, Superior, Wi, LuAnn Crandall, Minneapolis, MN, Richard Crandall, Duluth, MN and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He attended many local churches and was an active volunteer and servant. A memorial and celebration of life will be held at a later date to be announced.
