Rodney "Buddy" J. Grandhagen, 53, of Superior, died Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at his residence.

He was born December 5, 1963, in Superior.

Buddy was an extremely loving, kind, and generous brother, uncle, and friend.

He will be sadly and deeply missed by all that knew and loved him.

Preceding him in death was his father, Ronald Grandhagen; paternal grandparents, Ellen and Arnold Grandhagen; and brother-in-law, Brian Thompson.

Survivors include his sisters, Rochelle (Robert) Grandhagen Bornstein, Philadelphia, PA, Rhonda Grandhagen, Superior, and Laurie Ann (Wayne Middleton) Grandhagen, South Range; nieces, Kaley (Marcus) Johnson, Superior, and Emily Thompson, Superior; nephews, Chaz Gran, Superior, and Jacob Grandhagen, Superior; grandnieces, Lola and Evelyn; and grandnephews, Mason and Jack.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
