Rosemary Samuelson, 90, passed away in her home peacefully Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

Rosemary was born May 12, 1936, in Superior, WI to Emily (Snook) and Stanley Winek.

She married James Samuelson on August 27, 1966, in Port Wing, WI.

Rosemary was employed as a nurse aide for many years. She was a member of the Superior Senior Center where she made many friends. Rosemary was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and loved dancing with her friend Charlie.

She was preceded in death by her parents Stanley & Emily, her husband James and her siblings, Joe, Stanley, Carl, Henry, Theresa, Leona, and Genevieve.

Rosemary is survived by her children, Diane (Dan) Newes, David (Debbie) Olson, and Penny Samuelson; her grandchildren, Aaron, Shelly, Eric, John, Joe, Josie, and Amelia; numerous great grandchildren and her special friend, Charlie Correll.

Visitation will be 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. with the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Downs Life Celebration Center, 1902 N. 34th St., Superior, WI. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Port Wing, WI.

Following the service there will be refreshments and desserts provided.
