Scott D. Ayotte, 62, of Maple, died Saturday, December 19, 2020, at his home.

He was born on July 14, 1958, in Phelps, WI, the son of Keith and Dorothy Ayotte.

Scott worked in construction as a drywall finisher and was a drummer in local bands for over 40 years.

He enjoyed socializing with friends and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and stepfather, Andy Aneson; and infant son, Keith G. Ayotte.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Nanette; daughter, Renee (Justin Larson) Ayotte of Duluth; stepchildren, Heather (Curtis Livingston) Kitzman of Superior, and Brittany (Shane Carlson) Kitzman of Duluth; grandchildren, Wendy (Bobby Axelson) Ayotte, Elizabeth (Aaron Schaaf)

Mason, Melanie Hanson, and Keith Ayotte; step-grandchildren, Freyja Carlson and Leo Carlson; and brother, Jeff Ayotte of Arizona.

A party for Scott will be held at a later date.
