Shane M. Keup, 35, of Superior, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, March 24, 2022, at his residence.

Shane was born in Panama City, Panama on July 12, 1986, the son of Brian and Michelle (Stein) Keup. He graduated from Superior High School with the class of 2004.

Shane enjoyed music and sports, especially track, hockey, and soccer. He loved to 'tinker' and was a 'Jack of all trades.' His proudest moment was being a father and cherished all moments spent with his children.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Thomas 'Harvey' Stein; paternal grandparents, Floyd and Nancy Keup; and his aunt, Melanie Boedigheimer.

Shane is survived by his mother, Michelle (Don Lillo) Keup; father, Brian (Becky) Keup; son, Hunter and daughter, Emelia; brothers, Travis (Christie) Keup and Kasey (Samantha Karl) Keup; maternal grandmother, Irene Stein; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family; and his significant other, Clarice Petersen.

A Celebration of Shane's life will be held on Sunday, April 3 ^rd from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., at VIP Pizza, 1201 Tower Ave. Superior.
