Sharon A. Trianoski, 75, of Iron River, died Thursday May 14, 2026, at Essentia-St. Mary’s Hospital in Duluth.
Sharon was born in Superior on June 27, 1950, the daughter of Dale and Madelyn (Petron) Vreeland. She graduated from Superior Senior High School with the class of 1968.
She married Thomas Trianoski on August 21, 1971, and they celebrated 54 years of marriage.
She had worked as a Respiratory Therapist at Essentia-St. Mary’s Superior Hospital for 44 years.
Sharon was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. She enjoyed knitting, especially Christmas stockings and blankets. She also enjoyed going on pontoon rides on Long Lake and her lake home, solving crossword puzzles, and word finds. She liked watching for red cardinals and loved all her dogs.
She was preceded in death by her parents; nephew, Austin Schraufnagel; and sister MaryBeth Albertz.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Thomas; children, Mike (Kristin) Trianoski and Shelly (Chris) Olson; grandchildren, Gavin & Gage Olson; siblings, Gary (Jean) Vreeland, Kenneth (Rita) Vreeland, Gregg Vreeland, and Patti (Steve) Schraugnagel; goddaughter, Ashley Schraufnagel; sister-in-law, Mary (Jerry) Hagen; brother-in-law, Jim (Linda) Trianoski; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday May 21st from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Francis Xavier Church, 2316 E 4th St. with Very Rev. Fr. James Tobolski as celebrant.
