Shirley A. Carroll, 67, of Superior, died Sunday, January 16, 2022, at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.

Shirley was born in Superior the daughter of Marshall Phillips and Helen Anderson.

She had worked in dietary management for many years. Most recently she worked for Peace of Mind Home Healthcare where she had a huge impact and her clients adored her.

Shirley was a member of the Red Hat Society, Eagles Club, and the Moose Lodge. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and baking. She also enjoyed, Bingo, bowling, playing pool, and darts. Most important to her was spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 25 years, Dennis; sons, Shane (Rita) Roy of South Range and Josh Smith of Superior; stepchildren, Dennis (Crystal) Carroll, Jr. of Mansfield, TX, Tammy (Scott) Pyron of Spring Hill, TN; John (Amy) Carroll of Euless, TX; 14 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; siblings, Robert Anderson, Jay (Sue) Anderson, Marion, Rose, Candy, Patti, and Bummer (Shannon) Phillips; brothers-in-law, Tom (Kathy) Carroll, Mike (Abbie) Carroll, and Dave (Holly) Carroll; sister-in-law, Kathy Peterson; longtime friends, Bonnie Lehner and Frannie Holland; and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Shirley's life will be held on Saturday Feb. 5 ^th beginning at 2:00 at the Eagles Club, 1710 N 12 ^th St., Superior, 54880.
