Steven Ray Louderbach, 56 of Superior, died Wednesday January 27, 2016 at Essentia-St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth.

Steven was born in Hillsboro, Ohio on May 22, 1959 the son of Mary Louderbach and Johnny Lewis.

Steve served his country enlisting in the Navy and then reenlisting in the Army.

He was an excellent chef and had worked at the Buena Vista and Lakeview Castle along many other restaurants. He was a musician and loved to play the piano, guitar, and harmonica.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Steve is survived by his daughters, Jessica Louderbach of Superior, Crystal Fussell of Washington; mother, Mary Holbrook of Superior; his grandchildren; girlfriend, Lynsey Bergman of Superior; brothers and sister, Norman Rader of Superior, Lynn Andrews of Superior and Billy Wilson of Dover, Arkansas; and many friends and relatives.

Funeral Service will be held on Sat. Feb 20, at Noon at Bayside Baptist Church. Rev. Thomas Bush will officiate. Visitation will begin one hour prior. Military Honors will be accorded by the Richard I. Bong American Legion Post #435.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to his daughter, Jessica.

Downs Funeral Home, corner of 19th St. and Ogden Ave., is assisting the family with arrangements.
