Tamara L. "Tammy" Couture, 48, of Superior, died peacefully in her sleep of natural causes Sunday, May 1, 2016, at her residence.
She was born July 11, 1967, in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of John and Bonnie (Stabin) Couture.
Tammy worked as a sales associate for Customer Link Call Center.
Tammy was a very talented artist. Some of her other interests included camping, rummage sale and thrift store shopping with her mother, cheering for the Green Bay Packers, arts and crafts, and her greatest interest was her family. She loved all of her family with all of her heart and had a very special love for her beloved Greg and Trevor.
Preceding her in death were her parents, John and Bonnie Couture; paternal grandparents, Vern and Carol Couture; maternal grandmother, Lucille Zawin; and special brother-in-law, Doug Fair.
She is survived by her husband, Greg Fair; son, Trevor Fair; brothers, Skip (Angie) Couture and Mark (Roxie) Couture, both of Superior; brother-in-law, Scott (Terri) Fair, Owatonna, MN; nieces, Paige Klein and Alix (Brody) Jensen; nephews, Leonard Couture and Eric Fair; grand-nephew, Decker Jensen; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jerry and Mary Ann Fair, Superior; several aunts and uncles; numerous friends; and special canine friend, "Buster."
Visitation will be from 4 until the 5 p.m. service Thursday, May 5, 2016, at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N. 19th Street, Superior. Reverend Father Ronald Olson will officiate.
Committal prayers will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Superior, at a later date.
