Theresa E. DeMoure, 89, of Hawthorne, WI, died Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth.

She was born September 16, 1929, in New York, NY, daughter of Edward and Helen (McCrory) O'Brien.

Theresa and her late husband, Raymond, owned and operated Dee's General Store, in Hawthorne, for many years.

She loved reading, her pets and bird watching. She was always very cheerful, loved people and had a most positive outlook on life. Her smile will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Raymond in 1996; grandson, Keith David DeMoure; and brothers, John O'Brien and Edward O'Brien.

Survivors include her daughters, Ellen DeMoure, Hawthorne, WI, Patricia DeMoure, Hawthorne, WI, and Kathleen (Robert) Sullivan, Bennett, WI; sons, Raymond (Jackie) DeMoure, Hawthorne, WI, and Michael DeMoure, Solon Springs, WI; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 2 nephews.

Visitation will be from 10 until the 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial, Tuesday, April 23 ^rd at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Solon Springs, WI, with Reverend Father James Kinney as celebrant.

The family invites everyone to attend a light luncheon at the church, following the service.

After the luncheon, the committal will be held at Parkview Cemetery, Hawthorne.
