Thomas J. Renquist, 63, of Superior, died Thursday, July 30, 2026, at his residence surrounded by family following a brief illness.

Tom was born in Superior on September 30, 1962, the son of Robert and Mary (Miller) Renquist.

Tom worked in maintenance for many years at various businesses in the area. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and loved to socialize. Easygoing and generous by nature, Tom had a large circle of friends and was a familiar face in his neighborhood, where friends and neighbors were always welcome to stop by. There was often someone stopping by to visit, and he enjoyed the company and conversation that came with having people around. He was the kind of person who made friends easily and was always happy to share his time with others.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, and siblings, Robert, Jill, and Andrew.

Tom is survived by his wife of 41 years, Darlene; son, James; mother, Mary; and many extended family members and friends.

In keeping with Tom’s wishes, no formal service will be held. Interment will be in Gordon Cemetery.
