March 18, 1969 – September 23, 2019
Timothy James Eller (known as "Tim" and by many close friends as "Bama") passed away on Monday, September 23 rd at the age of 50 at Superior Health Rehab due to complications from an accident that occurred a few months prior.
Tim was born March 18 th , 1969 in Montgomery, AL and grew up 20 miles north in Wetumpka, AL. Tim moved to Northern Wisconsin in 1999.
Tim had an infinite love for the outdoors. Some of his favorite hobbies included gardening, landscaping, cooking southern cuisine and spending time with friends and family.
He traveled around the US and abroad during his service in the US Navy. He acquired several honors during his service including: Nation Defense Service Medal, SEA Service Deployment Ribbon, Southwest Asia Service Medal with Bronze Star, and an Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal.
He was an electrician for many years before he was employed with BNSF as a heavy equipment operator.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents James Eller and Gay Nell Eller.
He is survived by his daughters; Hailey Eller and Allison Eller, stepdaughter; Breanna Thiel, brother; William Eller (Bridgette Eller), half-brother; Dustin Eller, girlfriend; Angela Skylondz, aunt; Shirley Chavers, and his niece and nephew; Matthew Eller and Madison Eller.
His daughters have arranged a celebration of life for Tim at the Lake Nebagamon Auditorium, 11596 Waterfront Drive, Lake Nebagamon, WI 54849, on Sunday, October 13 th , 2019, from 1:00PM-4:00PM. Military Honors will be accorded by the Bong-Hofstedt American Legion #409 at 1:30PM.
