Tracy Lynne O'Brien, 60, of Superior, died Thursday, January 27, 2022, at Essentia Health St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth.

Tracy was born in Minneapolis, MN on August 3, 1961, the daughter of William and Charlene (Erickson) Tyson.

She was a member of the ALS Foundation, enjoyed camping, going to the beach, scrapbooking, music, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers.  Tracy was a people person and always put others first. Her grandkids were most important to her, and she loved spending time with them.

Tracy was preceded in death by her father, William; nephew, Ryan Tyson; and special friend, Guy Galliford.

She is survived by her children, Travis (Amy) Tyson, Miranda Galliford, and William Cohen, all of Superior; grandchildren, Vincent Bauer, Ezra Bauer, Adelynn Tyson, and Dalton Tyson; mother, Charlene Tyson; brother, Terry Tyson of Superior; sisters, Leslye (Mark) Trettel of Superior, Lisa (Mark) Pierson of Inver Grove Heights, MN, niece, Cassie Mizinski and nephew, Trenton Mizinski.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N 19 ^th Street, Superior.

Following the visitation, the family invites everyone to Jimmy's Saloon in Billings Park.

Tracy's family would like to give a special thank you to her caregiver, Kim Gilbertson, for the wonderful care she provided.
