Wallace Robert Leavitt, 73, died on Friday, November 24, 2023 at the Waterview Shores Nursing Home in Two Harbors, MN.

Wallace was born February 21, 1950 in New York, NY to Lillain (Richards) and Robert Leavitt.

He was a US Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam War.

Wallace was employed as an over the road truck driver and he was the owner of a rare coin store for many years.  Wallace worked for the Brainerd Parks and Recreation Department.  He enjoyed wood carving in his spare time.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lillian and Robert and his stepmother, Wanita.

Wallace is survived by his children, Sandra Hines, Andrea Leavitt, and Michael Leavitt; his grandsons, Adam, Tyler, and Blake; his granddaughter, Abigail; his great granddaughters, Scarlett, and Willow.

A grave side service will be held 9:00 am Wednesday December 6, 2023 at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, 15550 Hwy 115, Little Falls, MN.  Military honors will be conducted by the Little Falls Honor Guard.
