William Eugene Evans, 63, of Superior died Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Ashland Health Services, Ashland, WI.

He was born January 15, 1959, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

He was a jack of all trades and could put together anything. Bill was also very proud of his Native American culture. He was a great family man, loved to go out and BBQ have family get together's and just enjoy everyone's company. He would spend hours putting together puzzles and framing them with his with family and friends. He also loved to play cards (Pinochle, Rummy, and Cribbage) Darts, and shooting pool. He absolutely loved working at The Loading Zone where he met many friends and acquaintances.

Preceding him in death were his parents; special friend, Florence "Sugar" Paquette; and sisters, Stella, Kathy and Khristine.

Survivors include his daughter, Amber (Dustin) Darval, Duluth, MN; grandchildren, Jackson, Cole and Zayden; brothers, Rick Martineau, Minneapolis, and Mark Evans, Kalamazoo, MI; special friends, Dennis Erickson and Will Jorgenson; and nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Superior, at a later date.
