Linda Kay Christensen, 62, of the Town of Parkland, Wis., died Tues., Sept. 23, 2014 in the Middle River Health & Rehab. Center.

She was born July 17, 1952 in Atwood, Kansas to Lillian C. (Schubert) and Earl E. Christensen.

Linda was an avid hunter, enjoyed fishing, and loved horseback riding.

Her work history included being a registered nurse at St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth from 1971 until 1975; an office manager for Mr. Fix-It; and a bus driver for Family Forum.

She is survived by her step-brother, Edward Warner of Donovan, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews.

Linda will be greatly missed by her special friend, Amund "Ole" Lear of South Range, Wis.; and her four dogs, three cats and twenty-six chickens.

At her request there will not be a service.
